ⓔコラム18-6-3　PSP with predominant cerebellar ataxia (PSP–C)

　新診断基準に含まれなかったものの，わが国で認められる病型として，PSP with predominant cerebellar ataxia (PSP–C) がある (表1)1)．体幹失調に伴う歩行障害で発症し，多系統萎縮症との鑑別が問題になるが，Gilman分類を満たす自律神経症状の合併はない2)．

　PSP–Cでは病初期には小脳萎縮を認めないが，進行期には典型的なPSP–RSの所見を呈する．
